Can I take a Barre class while pregnant? If you have been taking 4 the love of barre classes regularly or any other physical activity prior to becoming pregnant, 4 the love of barre can continue to be a safe and effective exercise option while pregnant. Barre is one of the best and safest ways to excersise pre and post pregnancy and has many benefits. Everyone’s pregnancy is different, so it is a good idea to consult with your doctor to ensure he/she is comfortable with you continuing to take classes. Please ensure you let us know that you are pregnant, so that we can walk you through any modifications you may need through different stages of pregnancy. As with any exercise program, if at any point during your workout you begin to feel faint, dizzy, or have physical discomfort, you should stop immediately and consult your doctor.
-
Is there age limit to attend classes? You must be over 16 years of age to attend a 4 the love of barre class.

Do I have to pre book?Yes, we need you to pre book your session via our website and complete our medical to secure your place on the mat and allow us to prepare all necessary equipment you may require during your class.
-
What if the class I wish to attend is fully booked? All classes once fully booked will have a waiting list for you to register your interest, you will then be given priority if any cancellations are made and we will contact you directly. It's important for you register your interest even when classes are fully booked as this allows us to assess if extra classes should be added to our timetable to fulfil demand for our clients.
-
What's the cancellation policy? We operate a 24 hour notice cancellation policy to retain sessions. No more that 2 cancellations per block booking. If you cancel within 24 hours before your class you can retain your session and rebook to make up that class within the duration of your package in addition to your committed classes. If you cancel within less than 24 hours notice, the class is forfeited. Catch up classes are subject to availability. If any holidays fall within your package bookings please inform 4TLB as early as possible to pause your package, giving us at least 1 week notice. To pause, clients must contact info@4theloveofbarre.com to process this pause. We ask you arrive 10mins prior your class start time to be allocated your mat and equipment. Once classes start we cannot allow late access. Clients who do not arrive promptly for class will be denied access to the class and the class will be forfeited.
