You’ll hold your body still while contracting specifically targeted sets of muscles in isometric exercises, where muscles are worked to a point of fatigue. Feel that shake, and love that burn!!!

Additional strengthening equipment is used to increase resistance to help sculpt your body, plus keep it fun!!! - Yoga blocks, exercise balls, and many more will be provided!
We finish with yoga stretches to help prevent muscle soreness, elongate muscles, enhance flexibility, and relieve tension. Ensuring you leave the class feeling centered and fully relaxed!!

Positive Mindful Experience
All classes incorporate yoga-inspired stretches, working with the breath to enhance your mind, body, and connection.

All classes are modified to meet all fitness levels and requirements. Different options are given to meet all participants needs to ensure a safe and effective workout.

The classes work to build alignment, strengthen your core and tone elongated muscles improving flexibility, posture and muscle endurance. You’ll finish with relaxing yoga stretches leaving you calm and centred!
History of Barre
Barre was developed by a ballerina. After injuring her back, Lotte Berk, a German dancer living in London, came up with the idea to combine her dance conditioning routine with her rehabilitative therapy. She opened her first studio in 1959 in her London basement, where famous faces such as Joan Collins and Barbara Streisand regularly came to lift, tuck, and curl.
